Very impressed, would recommend them

I search for a local outlet to get new prescription glasses for reading. I was very impressed. The gentleman who served me was friendly and very professional. I chose the frames I wanted and ordered two pairs, I can't read for long without reading glasses. The whole visit took less than 20minutes. I am very happy with the cost and I was told to expect my new specs later this week! Excellent!

A fantastic service from Direct Specs

I have been using Direct Specs for many years. The customer service is consistently marvellous with a great range of frames and lenses at extremely competitive prices. I was quoted £270 at another well known opticians. Direct Specs talked me through my available options for lenses and I bought some specs, lenses included for £60. As a pensioner, with only my state pension, this is an absolutely fantastic service.

The Best Repairs Set Up

I had a serious problems with a pair of specs & took them back to where I bought them & was told that they couldn't be repaired but then someone told me to try Direct Specs so I took them there & I give them 11 out 10 for the repair that they did so I took a second pair & they repaired them as well all in the space of one week with a TOTAL charge of £27 BRILLIANT FIRM & STAFF

The customer service by Clare at walsall is the best experience l have ever had,her knowledge and patience was excellent, with lots of good advise given.l had two pairs of glasses which came veŕy quickly so l was really pleased with that.Thanks Clare l will definitely use Direct Specs again. Great choice and excellent service

I have just ordered my first pair of varifocal glasses from Direct Specs.
The lady was very helpful and took time to help me choose the right pair & explained about the different types of varifocal lenses & anti glare coatings.
I have used Direct Specs for many years now and will continue to do so.
There is always a good choice of frames & the service is always excellent. Service with a smile.

Top service

It sounds really corny what I'm going to say, but I can't praise Clare in the Walsall branch enough.
She is friendly, concise with information and ultra helpful.
The pricing was amazing, and the spectacles arrived way ahead of time.
I am very quick to moan about service, but now I need to go the other way and give praise where it's due.
I'll definitely be back to see Clare when I need another pair.

Excellent service!

They have gone above and beyond to help on more than one occasion. I was told by other opticians that my glasses couldn’t be repaired but they perceived and got the done. Great work! I would highly recommend them.

Awful Service

Awful, I ordered online, uploaded my prescription but when I received them the frames were fine but the lenses, completely wrong. I sent them back at my expense after being promised they would refund the postage. The second pair were even worse than the first and I never got a refund for the postage. I have no idea how they could mess up two pairs of glasses so much and also not have the integrity to refund the return of the first pair. Don't bother with them.

The best customer service for glasses

I needed a new frame for my glasses, that I bought from elsewhere. One of the arms had broken and my optician said I would need to buy the same frame again. I googled Direct Specs as I had visited the shop when it first opened many years as ago. I arrived without an appointment and was welcomed by the member staff who was at the desk. He assured me that the company could find a frame for my lenses. Gary, was charged with continuing the search for a frame and he was determined to find one. After, checking through a select range of frames, using his extensive knowledge and experience of working with glasses,- he found the perfect one. This company is amazing. Their frames are reasonably priced. Fantastic custom Direct Specs I highly recommend you and will use you again Thanks again.
