Key not detected error
Pros:
- Auto start/stop was fixed by replacing the battery
- The service was done in one day
Cons:
- After the service I have "Key not detected" error when I try to start the car. Same issue with both keys. The battery on one key was replaced, but still have the issue. The car would start only if you put the key in the cup-holder, which is frustrating. I did not have this issue before.
- Communication in English can (and should) be improved.

Good service and friendly environment
It was the first time I took my car to Stern Amstelveen. Normally I go the one near by Arena which is closer to me. But everything went well and smoothly. Friendly environment.

I had an appointment for service on…15 February
I had an appointment for service on 15/02 when my car was checked. Right after that I went on a long drive to Austria and on the way back my car broke down showing fault in the engine. Mercedes service arrived and I was told the fault has happened 96 times already, so was there at the moment I went to service. However it wasn't looked at. Additionally I went to change to winter tires right after the service on 15/02 and was told there is a leakage of suspension, which was also not looked at Mercedes service. I am very dissatisfied with the service I was provided.
