Without doubt the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a vehicle which wasn’t inexpensive and had numerous issues with the initial purchase. On the day I collected my vehicle the I was totally underwhelmed by the customer service experience.
I bought a brand new car but within two weeks had numerous problems with the computer system and on one occasion the vehicle wouldn’t start at all. Having tried to contact the dealer without success I contacted the sos system. In all fairness the response was positive but I was advised the issue was a ‘software glitch’ Personally I can’t accept this on a brand new vehicle.
Eventually I arranged a meeting with a senior customer service consultant at Mercedes Bridgend. Several issues I’d had with the vehicle were resolved but the totality negative experience I’d encountered with my overall experience weren’t discussed at all. My whole experience of purchasing a Mercedes is extremely negative I won’t ever consider buying this brand in the future. More importantly I will never purchase a car via the Sinclair franchise.

Superb service as always

Richard the salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the car and process. The forms were easy to complete online but Richard was available when we did have a slight problem. Would recommend.

I was interested in a 2023 Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The sales person I met and dealt with was Ellie Waller. She had a very engaging manner and knew the car intimately. She was therefore able to walk me through the car’s infotainment and driving system which at first sight can seem overwhelming.
The only part of the purchase process that was not straightforward was the documentation about the warranty. The initial document sent to me simply did not make sense. Ellie Waller was eventually able to resolve the issues. I would suggest the company overhaul this aspect of the process.

My part exchange price was 56k when I ordered it and paid 52k when I collected my new one . Even I asked Adam to drop my old car when I ordered it but he said it’s ok.
When I collected it Adam was not there but new manager was really not helpful at all.
I lost 4k without driving my old car which was sitting in my driveway.
We bought Defender octa about 5 months ago from same place but will not come back and will not recommend.
We were about to order another one for my cousin in January but will do somewhere else.

Dealership was excellent, staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.

Salesman Sannan Morgan was very efficient, easy to speak with, kept in touch without being pushy and was polite at all times.

The sales personnel were very friendly.they welcome you when first arrived then left you to inspect the cars and were not pushy. Expected to need to book a test drive but they arranged straight away. The hand over of the car was very smooth.

BYD - The sales Representative was very clear about the process of leasing the vehicle. She was very understanding, patient and professional.

My vehicle had to go into the garage at Sinclair Group due to a fleet recall issue that needed fixing. I waited whilst the work was completed. They also fixed a tyre pressure warning that had just popped up and washed the car. Having only bought the vehicle (from Sinclair Group) only 3 months before, they also answered a few queries I had. All the staff are very polite and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable and hot and cold drinks are available.
