Purchased a super steam electric bottle steriliser. Within 2 months the product became faulty and needed descaling daily, despite my following the exact instructions and directions from the start on use of the machine and descaling it. I did not want to make my baby ill so I had to purchase an alternative branded steriliser. I complained to Tommee tippee and was simply told they would take the feedback on board. Now I am £59.99 out of pocket on a product that I had hoped would be useful in my parenting journey smoother. I wouldn't recommend purchasing the product or having faith in their customer service to help with any issues.

We’ve got the Tommee Tippee prep machine. And it’s constantly broke. Just stops midway through a bottle. Worst of all the customer service on trying to find a solution is even worse. Try this, try that, blah blah blah. I’m no engineer, but it doesn’t take one to work out that it’s broke. No replacement, nothing. Swerve it.

I bought the tommee tippee made for me manual breast pump, and what can I say. Absolutely appalling. Due to this monstrosity device, my newborn is starving and crying. I spent £33 for a useless piece of well I wouldn’t even call it machinery, what a waste of my time and money and cannot even get a refund because it’s been used!
WOULD NOT RECOMMENED!

I’m really disappointed with the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Baby Bottle Formula Maker and the overall experience with Tommee Tippee.
From the start, the machine has been making clumpy bottles. I’m talking visible lumps of formula that don’t properly dissolve. As a parent, that’s obviously concerning. Not only does it defeat the purpose of a prep machine, but it can also affect a baby’s digestion. My baby has actually struggled with constipation, which can be linked to poorly mixed formula, so this isn’t something minor to just ignore.
I followed the instructions exactly as advised and even tested multiple different formula brands to rule out user error. The issue happened every single time.
I returned the machine, providing both photo and video evidence clearly showing the clumping problem and explaining everything in detail. Despite this, I was told there’s “nothing wrong” with the machine and it was simply sent back to me with no refund.
That response honestly shocked me. There was no real investigation, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no consideration for the fact that this product is used for babies. You’d expect a brand in this space to take concerns like this seriously, but it felt completely brushed off.
At this point, I’m left with an expensive machine that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, and customer service that doesn’t seem interested in helping.
I wouldn’t recommend this product based on both the performance and the lack of support. If something goes wrong, don’t expect it to be taken seriously.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Beverley for her excellent customer service. She was very helpful, patient, and quick to resolve my issue. Although the replacement nail heads were out of stock, she kindly arranged for a full healthcare kit to be sent as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate.

Amazing experience with Izzy Andy and Nicholas today! I emailed tommee tippee enquiring about my non verbal autistic daughter. She only drinks from a certain sippy cup which is now unfortunately discontinued.. Izzy Andy and Nicholas were very quick to understand and explain things to me and also reassured me we could pick a cup for my daughter to try from the website free of charge! I’m so beyond grateful for their help and support through the experience and couldn’t recommend the company enough! Top notch customer service

Looking after a newborn isn't easy, having reliable and efficient products are key in having peace of mind. On the occasion (very rare for a Tommee Tippee product) my bottle warmer was taking longer than the recommended time to warm up little ones feed. Those minutes are crucial especially at night. Jude not only sorted out my problem with advice and ultimately a replacement. The customer service was commendable.
