Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my prepgo portable feed maker but TommeeTippee customer service team were very helpful and speedy at ordering me a replacement. I am a regular customer of tommeetippee bottles/dummies etc. and will continue to be loyal customer! 10/10

After the dummies my child relies on…

After the dummies my child relies on (who has lots of additional needs) has been discontinued and sold out everywhere I reached out to tommee tippee on Facebook the man I spoke to was so lovely and understanding, he offered a solution of sending out some different dummies they stock now that are similar completely free of charge to see if he liked them, I have been a customer for 10 years and I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know I can’t thankyou enough, you’ve gone above and beyond and on behalf of my son we thank you for your support in this very stressful situation I hope he likes them so we can continue purchasing from this amazing thoughtful company

Love Tommee tippee

Amazing experience as always with Tommee tippee customer service team. Every time I’ve spoken with them they are so friendly and I feel as if I’m talking with a friend, so easy to speak with. Very helpful in resolving my problem. I recommend Tommee tippee products of any kind because if there may be an issue with anything they are more than happy to help. Quality issue to be review again but great customer support

Got Tommee Tippee anti colic bottles from Amazon. Bottles changed colour and turned orange after first boil. Contacted Tommee Tippee and Florence was very helpful. Will receive replacement bottles and see how it goes. Great customer service.

Bink torcher - amazing customer service

My 1/2 year old has been using the Tommee Tippy Ulta light silicone binkies her whole life. As of recently she has started to favor just ONE color despite the others are all the exact same besides the color. This has caused some serious headache as of course that one particular bink tends to go missing…frequently. We are getting close to giving up the bink but not quite there yet. In a desperate measure I reached out to customer service to see if there was any possible way I could buy a couple of just that one specific color as buying a pack of binks she won’t use is frustrating. While they weren’t able to send me just one color they are sending me a pack including that color for free.

I cannot thank customer service enough for their prompt replies and willingness to aid in my, what we have now categorized as, binky torcher.

PrepGo issue resolved very quickly

I had an issue with the PrepGo cooling flask. This was resolved within days and will be receiving a replacement. Very good communication from Parent Care. Thanks for all the help :)
