I’m extremely disappointed with the Tommee Tippee No Touch Thermometer. I bought it expecting something reliable, especially when it comes to checking my baby’s temperature, but it’s been the complete opposite.
Every time I use it, it gives me a different reading - even when I take multiple measurements just seconds apart. One minute it shows a normal temperature, the next it suggests a fever. It’s completely inconsistent and honestly quite stressful when you’re trying to determine if your baby is unwell.
As a parent, you need something you can trust, and this just isn’t it. It defeats the whole purpose of having a thermometer if you can’t rely on the results. I’ve followed all the instructions carefully, so it’s not user error.
I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone, especially parents. Save your money and invest in something more accurate and dependable.

I have the Tommee Tippee flasks and had an issue with one of the caps so contacted support and Beverley was extremely helpful and able to fix the problem. Amazing customer support and would recommend their products!

I messaged on Facebook and within minutes Morgan replied. He helped me replace my bottle stand for my prep machine and also replaced 6 of my bottles that had faded! Amazing customer service!!!

I’ve been using the Tommee Tippee Breast-Like Soothers for my daughter over the last few months and they have been a lifesaver for breastfeeding transitions.
If you have a baby who is picky about pacifiers or if you're worried about nipple confusion while breastfeeding, these are a total game-changer.
The shape is so natural and flexible—it’s the only one my little one would actually take without a fuss. They stay in place well and seem really comfortable for baby.
However, we recently ran into a bit of a problem when my daughter managed to get her thumb stuck in the middle hole at the back.
I reached out to Tommee Tippee's customer support, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with how they handled it. They were incredibly helpful, took my concerns seriously, and immediately sent out a different style of soothers for us to try instead.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands by its products and cares about its customers' safety and satisfaction. Despite the initial issue, their outstanding service has made me a loyal customer.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this brand. Quality has been terrible and the price is so expensive I bought a Tommee Tippee Closer To Nature 6 Pack (260ml) Anti-colic Baby Bottles - Clear/Teal and they leak non-stop which is so annoying which means I always have to change my baby after feed. Frustrating as a tired mummy. Annoyingly I bought a Tommy tippy water bottle a couple of days ago and it does not work no matter what I do. It’s so pricey for stuff that just doesn’t work and it’s so unreliable. I’m absolutely disappointed. What a waste of my money.

I used Tommee Tippee bottles with my first daughter, who is nearly 9, and now with my daughter, who's 11 weeks old. Once again, it's the same amazing product. I even had a small issue, but after contacting Tommee Tippee and speaking to the lovely Izzy, who was so quick at replying and super helpful, it was fixed in no time. It's why I always recommend everything Tommee Tippee: the bottles, the prep machine, the lot.
